This Is A Stickup. Put The Money In The Bag. IN THE BAG!

JKJKJKJKJKJKJKJKJKJKJK!!!

(That means just kidding)

Hahahahahahahahahahaha! I am very funny.

I just had my fourth day of 5th grade. It's pretty great. It's a little bit like fourth grade, except it's not, 'cause it's fifth grade.

Thank you, thank you. I'll be here all week. I also do weddings and Bar Mitzvahs. I wil be signing autographs until 8:00 at the front entrance.

KK, bye bye!

School

Hihihihihihihihihihihihihihihihi

5th grade is really cool. My teachers are really nice and just great in general. Class is like an HD TV: 10,000,000,000,000,000,000 times clearer and funner and more interesting. I love it so much!

Okay. That's all for now.

Wah Wah Wah Wah Wah =( <---- That Is A Frowny Face

I start 5th grade TOMORROW and I just finished my homework today.

I don't have any more pictures of bunnies with pancakes so here is a picture of a gingerbread house I made last December. And yes, we threw it out a long time ago.

Yes, I decorated it entirely on my own. My mom and I baked the houses ourselves in a mold.

BYE.

La la la la la =D <--- That Is A Smiley Face

Hi.

Bye.

Dear Future Self,

Remember how hard it was when you got to the last week of summer vacation and suddenly you had a bazillion math, reading, and writing assignments to finish? Don't let that happen again. Especially because summer 2011, you are going in to 6th grade and also going 8 weeks to camp. Listen to mom. Don't complain.

Just do your homework.

PS: To those who read it: My mom had me write this as a note to convince myself that ALL SUMMER HOMEWORK MUST BE DONE. This is a real live note to self.

Have Your Cake And Eat It Too!

Hi! I'm home! I got home from Boston yesterday. Today Rockstar came over and just for fun we baked a cake. From scratch. We both had a slice, and then gave her some cake to take home.

We got the recipe from Allrecipe.com. Here's a link to the delicious Black Magic Cake Recipe.
It was super easy and super good. Here's the recipe:

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9 inch round cake pans or one 9x13 inch pan.
  2. In large bowl combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Make a well in the center.
  3. Add eggs, coffee, buttermilk, oil and vanilla. Beat for 2 minutes on medium speed. Batter will be thin. Pour into prepared pans.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 to 40 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into center of cake comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes, then remove from pans and finish cooling on a wire rack. Fill and frost as desired.
We added milk chocolate chips to the recipe because neither of us like dark chocolate. My mom does, though.

We bought a can of cream cheese frosting to put on it. Then, we topped it with sugar sprinkles. The results:

funny feet

Oops! Sorry! Wrong picture. Those are my feet. My bad!

Note to self: Don't upload pictures of feet in same file as pictures of cake.

Okay, here's the real picture.
